EZBurn Service Network
One of our goals at EZBurn is to provide high quality service after the sale so that our customers can be confident their furnace will continue to operate at the highest levels for the life of the product. Hence, the EZBurn Service Network was created.
The Service Network includes:
- Extended Warranty
- Annual service inspections and routine maintenance
- Remote monitoring of furnace performance (requires internet access)
- Discounts on parts and supplies from the EZBurn Retail store
- On-line maintenance tips and advice
- An interactive network of customers accessible through our web site
The Service Network is included for the first two years from the installation date. After the initial two year term there is an annual fee to continue participation in the Service Network.
